About me
Hi – I’m Seb and I’ve always had a passion for sports and reaching fitness goals, with sport and physical activity being a significant part of my life from a young age. I made the decision to follow my passion and qualified as a Personal Trainer in 2019 so I could share my values with others.
I have worked in the health & fitness industry for many years in both the private and public sectors at local establishments such as South Downs Leisure (Worthing), Lanes (Rustington), Wave (Littlehampton) and David Lloyd (Durrington). My experience of working within the industry and interacting with customers has developed into a passion to help others achieve and improve their fitness goals and strengthen both their physical and mental health.
My personal health & well-being journey led me to Personal Training & Coaching and now I want to help others begin, or take the next steps in their own journey. I love helping people feel the same way I do about exercise, not only feeling better physically but also mentally and emotionally. I am eager to learn new skills so I can improve my knowledge to guarantee that my clients will receive the high-quality service they deserve.
A truly open way to approach fitness, health and well-being is what I hope I can bring to you, with improved strength, mobility, flexibility and reduced levels of stress, thus not only improving quality of life but also helping with performance in a chosen sport if that is part of your goal.
