What This Includes
1 hour session includes:
10 mins dynamic warm-up
40 mins bodyweight exercises
10 mins static stretch & cool-down
Par-Q & Health Declaration to be completed for newcomers (please arrive 15 mins early to complete, or alternatively click here to download, complete and bring along with you).
What You'll Need
Appropriate clothing for exercise.
Your own exercise mat. *
* Spare mats are available until you have your own.
